Making a complaint

If you have a complaint about one of the regulators, the first thing to do is complain to the relevant regulator (the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England). You can find out how to complain from the regulator.  In most cases, the regulator complained about must have a chance to sort out the complaint before we can consider it. If you believe that there are exceptional reasons why the complaint should not be considered by the regulator first, you should approach us and explain your reasons.
